To enter the Schengen Area in 2025 or later, Mexican citizens will need to complete an ETIAS application for approval. ETIAS will enable Mexican citizens to make short-term trips to Europe for various purposes.

Mexicans using ETIAS can stay in Schengen countries for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. ETIAS approval will remain valid for 3 years from its date of issue unless your passport expires. If your travel document expires, you will need to re-apply for ETIAS.
